I ran a small shop in downtown Kingston, Ontario for eleven years, right by the lake.

Customers kept asking whether I could ship, so this winter I finally said yes. I still pick every piece myself, and I keep the list short rather than carrying a thousand items.

How long will my order take?

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes another 5 to 7 business days anywhere in Canada. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves.
What if it does not fit?

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. Return shipping is at your own cost, and we refund as soon as the parcel is back with us or you send proof of postage. Check the size chart first, it is measured in centimetres rather than guessed from a label.
Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every order, with no minimum. Duties are already paid before your parcel arrives, so there is nothing to pay at the door.
Where do your pieces come from?

We work with a small number of partner workshops overseas. Every item is checked by hand before it is packed and sent, which is why we keep the collection short.
